Free Classes

These sessions are our way of giving back – to the fire service, to the community, and to the people who had our backs when life got hard. Firefighting is a tough career, and getting there isn’t easy. That’s why we created these free classes – to help you earn your place, push through the grind, and build the kind of life you’re proud of.

Expect real talk, practical advice, and insights from special guests who have been through the fire – whether that’s on the front lines of firefighting or as leaders in fields like motivation, discipline, physical and mental health. These guests are here to give you a better understanding of what the job is really like, and how your strengths and weaknesses can impact your success on the job. We’ll also work through interview questions related to the day’s topic, giving you a chance to sharpen your communication and confidence.

This is about more than just showing up – it’s about stepping up. To get the most out of each class, fill out the pre-class survey you received at registration. It helps us and our speakers dial in on what you need most, so you can walk out with real value.

Class Size and Attendance Policy

Space is limited to keep the experience impactful and personalized. As our program grows, we may expand to accommodate more participants. If you’re unable to attend a session, please cancel your registration in the class dashboard. You can also choose to ‘gift’ your spot to someone else who could benefit – paying it forward is what this community is all about. However, if you sign up and miss two sessions without canceling, you’ll be ineligible for future free sessions.
